I am ambitious professional with an immense interest in corporate legal domain and laws relating thereto. Having keen interest in understanding and exploring diversified legal areas, develop an in-depth knowledge of the subject and gain expertise. Good analytical skills and problem solving ability with an eye for detail.

I am Associate Member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and Master of Commerce, having experience in Compliance of various laws ( Company Laws, Labour Laws, Regulatory Laws) of around 35 countries. I am passionate about research and reading articles on compliance management and i hope i can further pass on some knowledge for better corporate governance.
